Is it possible to extend the moratorium on rent increases? So many people in Avalon work in the service industry and I think it might take them a while to rebound from sudden unemployment and almost TOTAL lack of income - assuming they can get a pittance from EDD. Can we extend the moratorium to 6 months (or even 12 months) AFTER the "stay at home order" is lifted? I don't think this virus is going to be gone and businesses reopened by May 31st. With this, rents could be raised June 1.
